Little River Herring Run
 

Ok....Im sure most everyone knows of their local herring runs right? Well, being nearly a life-long resident of Cape Ann and avid striper fisherman, you would think I would know where the Little River Herring run is.

Wrong....

I have a good idea...but not the exact place. I feel like a dumb sob for just asking this question to begin with.

If anyone has any symapthy for me...please tell me where it is. (and try not to tool on me too much!)

HELP!

I have no idea where that run is, but I found 2 new(to me anyway) areas to get herring by studying a street atlas then getting in the car and scouting out the areas. I looked for areas where the river narrowed or where there is a dam. Not hard, just follow the river upstream from the ocean. Hope this helps!
