got any good striper recipies???

I've eaten stripers all my life..except thru the crash from '77-89....
Besides plain and on the grill and fried, any one got any good recipies
for cooking stripers, (besides the old japaneese way I've been having it for for years...

Thanks....

Help me serve up some good food......

Very easy.....
Just slice into THIN, THIN , THIN slices....
add a bity of wasabi sauce and a dash of soy sauce...
yep --raw...sa-shi-mi....(not sushi)

or just a bit of sesame seed oil and throw on the grill......

shred some cucumbers and place in a bowl...
fill another bowl with water and press the cuc's for 3 hours....(presses them and they get a little spicy)

there you got it....

that's anout how I do it...

Well as a fried food cook, I'd say, fillet it, cut it into nugget sized pieces, batter it, put it in 375' oil for about 2.5 minutes and enjoy with tartar and a little lemon. It's no gourmet meal but it's damn tasty!!!

Here is my favorite way...
Pre cook the striper, break it up into lumps and use Emeril's crab cake recipe but use the striper instead...I can eat about 2 dozen
