Break Off
 

Tried my first plug out today after work to see how it would run. I was hoping to draw a couple of strikes to give me a little confidence. Well, the got in 2 casts and I was satisfied on how it ran. On the third one snap the line twisted around the eye broke off and launch the plug like a rocket never to be seen again. I didn't even get a picture of that one. Well, it's back to the lathe for me.

Cheer up! Now you can say that it was the best plug you've ever made. You can spend the rest of your life trying to duplicate it - all the while knowing that you once achieved perfection!
