s.county lifegaurds/law? prohibits me from landing my windsurf board on public beaches. but jetskis are ok? whats up with that?

I think about it..and remember 5yrs ago..I windsurfed over the biggest striper I have ever seen...just cruising around at shallow depths while windsurfed over her. ha..seen em in a few places....bloooofish too..scary &*S%

I have windsurfed all over the bay.. did 30miles one day..just cruisin..
ride the tides.
