I've been on

a Sea Hunt and was impressed. Especially the good amount of freeboard. Nice for the grand kids etc.
Great lookin Yamaha too. Nice setup.
Best of luck to you with her.

piemma 07-27-2006 05:11 AM

Thanks. I have to tell you that the Sea Hunt hull is indeed impressive. I have been out in 25mph winds and for a 17CC she keeps you dry. Very stable little vessel. Yamaha makes a great motor also. I would recommened this setup for anyone who wants a Bay vessel

Bill L 07-27-2006 06:48 AM

Paul, good luck with the boat, looks like a great little rig, enjoy

Fishpart 07-27-2006 06:58 AM

Still looking pretty clean. Needs three kids flinging squid around and reeling up sea robins to tune her up....

piemma 07-27-2006 08:18 AM

Thanks guys.

Clammer 07-27-2006 08:32 AM

Did I tell ya ==I hit a rock in REVERSE the other night // F @#$%^&* knocked my a ss down /smashed my eel bucket ;;

Havn,t gone down in the daylight to look for damage //// I know its still floating //the marina hasn,t called to tell me it sank :uhoh: :uhoh:

piemma 07-30-2006 12:47 PM

Finall put some fish over the gunnel this morning. 3 Bluefish (released sorry Clammer). One about 12lbs, 32". 2 bass 1, 34" the other bout 10" shorter. All trolled up on a BIG red tube and spinner on lead core in about 16 to 24 feet of water. No pics as i was alone, it was dark and windy. Maybe if I run with the #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& tonight.....

redlite 07-30-2006 06:43 PM

a sad day. Another surfman lost to the boat world. Congrats paul. Its harder cause now you got more water to cover.

RIROCKHOUND 07-31-2006 07:50 AM

Paul, if you are going to run into me in the near future dont throw them out... I need bug bait!
I'll call you at somepoint later today. Congrats on getting some stripes on the boat!

piemma 07-31-2006 08:04 AM

Thanks Bry. I didn't know about the "bug bait". Had some more this morning. I'll save them from here on in.

Billy caught me "scrubbing the deck" yesterday. Hey, it's new boat. I look at that Sea Hunt 5 slips down from me and the boat looks like there was a murder onboard.
