darn, now i know i am getting old.. used to wake up to charles and the muffin in the early days of bcn.. i wish i knew the line he used to end his reports with..

i used to dig his spot on the radio when he played out of a kpri in san diego.... rest in peace old friend.

He is Cosmic Dust now....I remember too...RIP! Great days when BCN was on top!

but when i was first in San Diego

i entered their contest (@kpri)and i drew a picture
(the cosmic muffin starred on this station)

of this huge bed...say 35 feet by 20 feet
as a cartoon... and WON the contest
which was a free day off with pay
for my wife.... see

so .... i'm out in the garage workin with the radio on...ok
and suddenly i hear my wife talkin on the radio...:huh: what?
because they are waking her up to tell her
she doesn't have to go to work....today
and she has the day off with pay....
and she was like.....
yeah ... right...mofo's :hihi:
it was really strange and yet funny as hell.
