Finally getting around to this here is a picture of the inserts i have been testing and have started to use.These are much better than the other ones that i used in the past.they make these in 3 sizes that i know of the ones pictured here are the size for the large duplicator holder for the vega as in the size for the 36 inch duplicator.Ypu can get a smaller insert just contact an industrial supply retailer like msc or the one pictured here.If you have any questions just post here and i'll try to answer them.BTW this box of 5 inserts goes for about $50.00 the smaller ones should be cheaper.I also posted this on another site.

Lu, how many plugs are you turnin out on an insert. :huh:

200 and still going on these puppies.I've been turning georgian fence post and ballisters for the wife so this is an estimate and plugs also.But i know for a fact that they will cut that much.
