Schoolies.......

The bait and schoolies finally showed up where I fish. I can honestly say I enjoyed catching 40 20"-24" fish in about 2 hours, with one 28" mixed in. Was probably the biggest blitz I have ever seen, and lasted longer than I wanted to fish it. Headed out after to search for some nice size fish, I caught a 10 lb bluefish, and my buddy caught a 41"-24 lb bass. Good luck everyone, I think the drought could be coming to an end. :uhuh:

Got to love it. I also really enjoy catching 20 to 30 inch fish on light tackle. My favorite place has been like that since May and still as good even in this warm weather. Just wait till the tide turns flood and they come right to you. 100's of fish in 3' to 10' of crystal clear water. Catch till your arms fall off or you run out of sluggos. You do need a boat though but not a big one. P.
