Two stubby's and one Pencil Popper.

The stubby's are AYC and the PP is Western Red.
Stubby's weigh in at 1-1/2oz and the PP @ 1-3/4OZ.
Stubby on top is pearl white with pearl pink accent in D&R ink.
2nd Stubby is actually purple pearl with black over.
The PP is D&R pearl white with a lavender accent on the top back 2/3rds.

(Tagger this is the new version of what you saw. Pushes a tad more water in the v-wake)

Nice Stubby wakers.. I tried making them from memory . :eek: ...that original was like 5" right .. tough to tell scale . ,, any chance of seeing that fish slayer.. Please pass the jelly ... and make it smelly .

Are you kidding me? Now it's got character like well worn wooden furniture is all. That thing has a lot of fish left to catch and a busy fall schedule! ( I will bring it Wednesday night so you can measure it up though)

I'd like to bring it in the bathroom and tank it to see how its sits in the water.. In the sink only,,,promise ... Mine sit pretty much dead level with the surface .. tanked and weighted them before paint..

I gotta an idea where you can lose all three Tuesday night (weather permitting). Watched the commerical guys tong 20-30 lb fish yesterday about 300yds away. Perhaps you feel a sick day coming on?

Wednesday..........

Tesye all of them today in saltwater. This is going to be good. I am turning some more. The PP Popper was made for Stifftip but he isn't taking possesion until Wednesday night.

The stubbys, by way of aid from the long tails tied on the 5/0 Siwash actually swim along the surface, The weighting is perfect, I stiil don't know how that happened?

Tuesday night cannot come fast enough.
