I just recieved word that Derek is fiaghting back and seems to be winning!!!! He responded to his mother today and when instructed to follow a hand in front of him he did. Not only that he cried when he recognized his Mom and is moving his arm ( he tried to rip out the ventilator!)

I want to thank you all who asked the big guy to bring this young man back to his Mom. This is fabulous news,

I guess, I should say I know from first hand experience, that there is something to prayer, sending good thoughts and positive energy.

Thank you all Again and I will keep you updated! You folks proved that once again, this little family of ours here at S-B.com is something very special!!! Bless you all.:jump:
