Busted rod
 

was pearched on a rock last night, had a fish on....long story short - the rod is now 10" shorter. :bc:
It's a production tica rod....any chance i can get a new top half for it....i gots no rod building smahts.

Tica has great customer service.Give'em a call.

I'd almost want to but this stuff at a big box just so you could get an easy exchange...

well after trying email i got a response that same day from someone from china, i think he forwarded it to the US headquaters, but am still waiting for a response. I called them today and they told me they would cover it under their 1yr warranty.....mines 1 1/2 yrs old :(

***lesson learned - if you break your tica rod do it before it's 1st birthday.
