Wednesday's MassBass Meeting

Who's Going???...

 ..and what's in store for the audience???...:)

I'm probably not going to be there. I have a PT session that afternoon.

The guest spaeaker for the meeting is Steve Papows, a guide from the Ma North Shore. He's pretty good...

TheSpecialist 05-20-2002 03:11 PM

I am going, I think.

I'm not likely to be there, although you never know. I'm thinking of fishing Wed and then Thurs or Friday night on the flats, since I doubt I want to try later this weekend :(.

This might be a stupid question but what is Mass-Bass and where do they meet? Are there dues etc?

http://<a href="http://msba.net" tar...//msba.net</a>

....thats a link to their site....

...Its a group of "Fishermen" who ........GIVE BACK!! :D....as well as discuss fishing techniques, locations and much much more.....

....check out their link, or better yet.....attend a meeting, and see first hand....and maybe even meet some members from S - B !!!....:)

....thanks for the correction John....;)......OOOOOOOOPS....

JohnR 05-28-2002 07:18 AM

Actually....

Bloo - that "Mass-Bass" is the freshwater types. Even though we slangly call our club "mass bass" it's really the Mass Striped Bass Assoc. or MSBA - link: http://msba.net .

Spooner - the club meets the last Wed of the month (unless there is a rare reschedule - which usually happens around the MV Derby). The club meets in Braintree and the directions are on their site. Probably 20+ people here are also members of the club.

I've been a member for 5-6 years now (has it been that long?) and have really enjoyed it.

Remember all you don't need to be a member to go to the meetings.
