I know a few of the boats north of Boston, do half day trips for bass and bluefish. Try the Capt's Lady Newburyport or Eastman. Also just over in N.H. at Hampton Beach some half day bluefish boats. The bluefish, fishing has been good up that way the last week or so. Good luck.

if you are willing to go to galilee, RI there are a couple of striper/blues party boats there.
