:D Oh yah have fished it! It can hold a ton of bass but weekends can be a zoo. Best bet is live herring or macs but eels will work too. Schoolies are good on Rubba. Got a 35 lber on a live mac at the mouth a few years back. Just outside the river is good just ask GS...

Excelent fishing last night in the South river. We hit 30+ fish out of a couple of nice schools of 26-36 inchers. Caught one nice 36 near the two green cans that mark the divide of the North and South rivers on a live eel. The other 30 or so fish were caught on chunked herring. The fish we have been catching down in this area are the strongest, most lively stripers I have ever seen.

It looks to be a very good year:)

Going for the big boys this weekend, wish me luck:)
