Just went boom. No word yet if it was terrorists linked.

It was condo's so I doubt it was a terrorist target, but it sounds like it was a pretty big explosion. Not like the boiler room type... maybe someone was making something bad and it literally blew up in their faces.

Hope no innocents were in there.
