Party Boats for Stripers

Can anyone recommend a party boat for stripers? I would never go out on one myself, but my dad asked me to steer him in the right direction. He specifically asked for a party boat, not a charter. Anything within a 2 hour drive of Boston is doable (preferably in MA).

Thanks in advance.

I had seen a party boat this summer just outside the mouth of the Merrimack river. Looked like the boat was out of Hampton/Seabrook. The boat pulled up, drifted, the guys put their baits down and began bailing the schoolies and whatever other size fish were out in that water. Wish I knew the name of the outfit so I could tell you. The boat could have been out of Salisbury or Newburyport/Plum Island as well.

Bobby Hatch is a charter, not a head boat.
