does anyone use theese at the canal?

will striper/blues/flunder eat the realy small bait fish like an 1-2 1/2 inches long if i just get one put it on the hook and huck it out there?

Popin, with bait that small I wouldnt bother when targeting bass or blues. Youd be better off chunking fresh pogie steaks to really bring fish in, imo.
