I'm dosing C every morning.The doc has me on Valtrex 3 times a day for the next week.Also adding some fresh fruits and veggies to the diet.
The funny thing is I went on vacation from Fri. till Tues.I apparantly didn't relax enough Sunday at the race because I woke up at 2am Monday feeling like crap with a rash on my stomach.I guess really relax.
It really makes for a long day at work.I'm so wiped out right now.
