routing out depressions in wood
 

Can someone tell me where to find how to route out rounded depressions in wood? I am trying to build a game table for my son and want to route out rounded depressions for marbles etc. in butcher block.
I have several routers, plunge etc. but no CNC devices.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Bill, you can make a template and use a collar on the router base, use a corebox bit or something similar. it's easy
