Need a dose of insanity....going tomorrow morning

niko 10-08-2006 04:02 PM

still very insane. schoolies at will. have fun - i'll be out there at sun-up.

Van 10-08-2006 05:06 PM

I didn't go out today, freaking yard work !!!
But I saw fish from shore all along Wollaston beach.

I'm sure you will find fish. Where are you launching from?

fish4striper 10-08-2006 05:17 PM

Van, launching at back river ramp

Fisherwoman 10-08-2006 07:58 PM

Fish are still out there, give us a shout on the radio in the am we will be out.

thefishingfreak 10-08-2006 08:17 PM

head towards logan/lower middle.
you can't miss them.
12# test schoolie action. on the rubba shads.
best bet for bigger fish is heavier shads, slowwwww. crawled along the bottom.
look for da birds :kewl:

tattoobob 10-08-2006 08:56 PM

Any action happening on the other side of the airport, like the Deer Island area?

thefishingfreak 10-08-2006 09:23 PM

from shore is tough.
one minute there in the rip at deer island the next there up against the runway at logan.
best bet is bye boat/kyak on governers flats

Hey Jeff, good to see you as well and glad you made the trip up for this crazy fishing, was a beautiful day, won't get many more!!!

blue oyster 10-10-2006 04:45 PM

the place was on fire today (tue.) all the top water action you could want , but no size , tried working the bottom , storms , kastmasters ,ect. no keepers agian and no cannibals .

thefishingfreak 10-10-2006 06:42 PM

same tonight.
found them on the airport flats and deer island rip. no keepers but tons of fish.

ohh and here's a little tip.:uhoh:
lets say the fish are pushing bait up tight to the rocks on the airport. and you see the "restricted area" bouys. and you know your not "supposed' to be in there. but it's soooooo tempting when there's hundreds of fish breaking.and hey your only fishing ,,, RIGHT???

the guy in the "massport security" truck. is not there to watch you catch fish, and enjoy the senery !!! :wall:

and,,,, the state police boat looks really nice {man what a boat} when it's tied along side you for 1/2 hour after practicly RAMMING into you. and the cop is telling you your under arrest for violating FEDERAL saftey zones...
and,,,,, there taking the boat

JUST STAY AWAY !!! and go find another blitz :hidin:

just stay back behind the bouys

not even spozed to be 150' from them if you ain't trolling/driving {no stopping 150' from the white bouys}

fish4striper 10-11-2006 07:03 AM
