What to do in Pittsburgh?

Headed out Sunday, gonna be there a week all by my lonesome for a ASP training class.

Im gonna catch a Penguins game, but outside of that, Ive no idea what to do or where to go for food and fun... Anyone know the area and have any suggestions?

Awesome looking City with all of the bridges crossing the 3 rivers. I was there twice around 10 years ago but it really wasn't a jumping town. also I was pretty straight out while I was there.

If your in to White Water Rafting there are some great outfits working all three rivers. I've rafted all three but the Yough is my favorite.

my days will be filled with programming... otherwise the rafting idea would be great...

Luds has the right idea......

then go at night

to the city side of the this bridge ... fort pitt
and with a saltwater break down rod rigged
with a circle hook and stinky catfish dough balls
you can catch a giant catfish there.

For sure go to Primanti Brothers to eat. Go to the original location in the Strip District (46 18th Street) - near the docks. Great hole in the wall eatery and atmosphere. Best time to go would be after the Penguins game. Get the PITTS-BURGER CHEESE STEAK. Hand cut fries, tomatoes and slaw right on the sandwich between two slabs of warm italian bread

This is killing me!

Also... I believe there is also a Pittsburgh Brewing Company tour. There are also a few incline railcars that go up the mountainsides facing the city and the Three Rivers - great views - some history behind these as well.
