well me personaly i thought it should have been mets - tigers in the world series:splat: :af: , but i guess since getting a-rod there has been absoultle no luck in all of NY sports.... :bl2:

cardnals - 2 games

tigers - 4 gammes




and the tigggers are world champs of baseball!

That was a tough loss for METS fans, the catch in left field has to be greastest catch to be forgotten so quick. I still think the pain the Mets fans have pales in comparison to 1986.

I'm rooting for the Tigers and say they take it in 5 games.
Jim Leyland is an Amazing coach, The championships he's won with low budget teams is without compare.

Pretty ugly fielding killed the tigers in more than one game and their hitting was terrible. All in all very uneventful series. Congrats to the Cards. 10 series wins is pretty damn good.
