Any immigration lawyers here???
 

My girls is coming to visit in december, but needs an invitation from me to help get her visa, shes from poland. Looking for advice on what to write and if i need to do on a special form or what? Any other advice too would be killer.

Sign the letter Lech Walesa. All kidding aside call the INS and they'll tell you what it has to say. I think they like helping people do it right. At least I hope so.

Just for who to call, there is no more INS. It's now the "US Citizenship and Immigration Service" for her purposes, and the "Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement" for those who, uh, overstay their visits.

And no, I don't do Immigration work ;)
