Stood behind thier waders. Twp pair crapped out on me while on vacation and without reason they sent me two new pair for the two different kind of waders I sent them back. I know why the wade a lites went south. I dont know why the neopremes went south. I wished they told me.

when i was in hatteras last week ; no one was carrying hodgeman/sterns waders ..
i asked why from a buddy who works in a tackle shop and he told me that they couldn't get any 'customer service ' from them . wouldn't even answer the phone calls . :huh:

I received an answer from my frst email to them, within an hour or so. The guy did get a little pissy when I told him I sent the boots back without first getting an authorization number. The same day they received the boots they approved the new ones.

may be it as the difference between a 'customer' and a retailer ??
i don't know .....all i know is what i was told , and he has never given me a bad tip :)...
