The Fat Man Sang on Sunday
 

I went fishing Saturday and caught a bunch of hungry bluefish that were feeding on huge schools of pogies. Put a couple pogies in the live-well and went looking for some hungry bass without luck.

Sunday am, at the same spot I snagged a pogie. I had another rod rigged w/a 4 ounce egg sinker above a 3 ft leader and meat hook. I hooked the pogie on the meat hook and down to the bottom it went. Within a minute, this fish took the bait.
10 minutes later, I had another fish on that pulled the rig into the rocks. Then it was a bluefish fest until my hands were cramped. Can’t wait to get back out.

Like to try it again this Thursday at the Harbour but I have not seen any activities form shore at all laterly. Anyone know if there are anythign to catch in the harbour area near Quincy? :wave:
