Can you drive out there in the off-season. Just curious. Only have been there one time and I was curious if it was worth a look-see. Thanks

You can if you have a 2006 permit. The beach though is closed from 8pm to 6am this time of year. And it will close entirely until the new permits are issued just after the new year and they send out the renewals. The 8pm thing stinks becuase there are some fish there still.
