Opinions on Sea hawk boats???

I'm looking at a 19.5" center console with a 90 hp Suz.
Anyone have any experience with them?
Thanks,
Tom

I think you probably mean "C-Hawk" and not the older Chris Craft Sea Hawk models, right?

90 HP sound pretty low for a 19.5' boat; I have a 150 on my 19.5' McKee Craft.

Right, It's a leftover 19 1/2', I don't think they make that model any more. On their Web site they go from 18 1/2' to 20'.

How much does your boat weigh?

C-Hawk boats are a bare bones no frills tough boat. They are made well a little wet and can pound but they are well constructed. They make great platforms to fish from and are very popular in N. Carolina where they are maunfactured. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one one especially if the price was right.

Never been on one, but they do have a good reputation.

I believe my McKee Craft 196 hull weighs 1950 pounds.

I would want at least a 115 on that C-Hawk hull. That would make for a nice, economical package.
