Anybody else hate watching hockey on versus?

Some kind of ceremony to commemorate the rivalry over the last 80 years. Old retired Habs & old retired Bruins.
Milt Schmidt & Bourque & Cheevers.
Versus just showed bits and pieces. Just enough to tease me.
Cut away to some crap about Ovechkin against Crosby.

The only positive is that they moved it to an HD channel (882 Comcast here in Boston,)

I just can't believe that they hyped it as an 'original 6' match-up all week and then didn't show the older bruins and Canadiens from the glory years getting honored at center ice. I was listening to it on the radio and ran into the house to see the ceremony on tv and they didn't even play it.

Nice bruins victory even though they were outplyed for 2 periods! :humpty:

I agree ..why didn't versus show any of the older players being announced? doesn't make sense.

i dont get the Versus channel in my town, i would have to upgrade the cable package, for an additional $ 20.00 per month :yak6: , i refuse to do it, but its killing me, not getting to see other teams play.

pops-check out the center ice package $120.00 for year+ playoffs.

im going to look into that, that sounds like a good deal.

Tonights game should be a real good one, seeing as they have already played the leafs like 5 times this year.

pops-the bruins better have their power play going tonight. the way the leafs are playing we should see the real Darcy Tucker. :devil:
