CMS might have one off the shelf.

You could also call CMS or Riversend in Old Saybrook, they sometimes have rods built up or on consignment... But I'd just have them give a broomstick and the money and get Mike to build on for spring :) -spence |
I just ordered a 1201m from CMS two weeks ago, they said they probably won't get them in til after the holidays

i'm also looking for a reel to match with one...hmmmmm |
I'm getting a rod for Christmas too in the form of a gift certificate to CMS.
Makes it alot easier on everyone and you get a nice custom just the way you want without the feeling of being rushed. |
Hahaha its a joing present from the two. Dont get any ideas spence..... Ya CMS was my other thought but looks like they won't have one huh. IF I can't find one I will just tell them to get me a gift certificate. Thanks guys

What are the specs and prefered fishing for this rod?
|
slow-mod action. great all around rod for the rocks. anything 1.5 oz to 4 oz but will throw a 1 oz bomber alright. great eel rod and pencil rod but without being so parabolic (like glass) that it really doesn't have any other uses. IMO the best rod for fishing the stones. if I could only have two rods, it'd be the 1201m and the 1081m (couldn't live with just one).
