Are you sure it wasn't a Blazer? Flaptail has a black Blazer with his homemade rod rack on the front and I think he has a S-B sticker too. He works in your neck of the woods. Actually if he works at a school and might be that abbreveation you wrote out.

The whole thing costs about $80.00, $50.00 when you go to the registry and submit your application . Then when the plates are ready you have to go to the insurance co. and get an RMV3 form,Go pick up your plates and pay $20-30 to exchange plates. they don't make it easy.

I don't see a lot of S-B stickers on the North Shore, I have one and I think I have only seen one a truck parked in Mhead one night (it was probably Nightfighter). Most guys up here have surfland stickers, which is also cool.
