Looking at the Specs on that Lami it looks like it would be a good Canal Rod...do a lot of guys use that to jig the ditch?

They're a little on the soft side for jigging at full length. But there are a lot of cut down ones out there ;)

Cut back 6" from each end, it's great for jigging. Used to be the standard "5M" convench at one time, when the blank was known as the Lami 1165.
