God I wish we had prices like that up here... we paid 525 for 1306sf...

There are plenty of properties under $300K right now, just off the Cape. Plymouth, Wareham, Carver, etc. Some even in Buzzards Bay and Sagamore Beach.

No, nothing with taxes as low as $900, but Wareham taxes still average under $2000, from the listings I see.
