If On the Water possibly filmed a segment on Plugfest for OTW-TV?

I was talking to Neal Larson and he expressed some interest.

50/50 chance it may happen.

I can't attend but would LOVE to see that on TV!! Would be great publicity for John's site! :btu:

Considering OTW stands a fair chance of making a hefty profit from this Plugfest by filming it or even parts of it to air on their show, a nice jester on their part would be to give everyone that shows a free subscription for a year. Otherwise it become's a one sided deal..all theirs.

Filming ? Thier Show ? I thought they were just hanging out with us maybe a little side note in Mag .. damm I need a haircut ... maybe a die job too ..

I would say forget it then as they were doing it on my reqest for exposure for Striped-Bass. com. Don't want anyone making a "hefty" profit from an 11 minute segment on a show shown on a Sunday morning. I was talking to Andy from OTW today while we ice fished I will tell him that we don't want him nor do we want him to film any of the beautiful workmanship that will be shown.

Don't worry about it Steve, most of us are not looking for freebies or pay as extras or anything like that. If they want to do a segment on it, I saw what the heck, go ahead. I doubt there will be much profit on that sort of thing, it might even keep the plug building craze alive.

I guess voicing one's opinion about any subject unless totally positive and doesn't go with the flow of the crowd is an outcast,, you'd think I'd be asked to go stand out in the hall all by myself.....Well! guess how many other's are standing out there:hihi: It'll be up to those in charge as to what goes on there....[bless them for all their thankless work] the rest of us who are standing outside the room will still go reguardless.
