MrHunters 02-02-2007 05:19 PM

yea fisher cats are nasty animals... cute at first but bf your right very wolverineish...

responsible for a couple of our cats demise.

fishpoopoo 02-02-2007 05:26 PM

tasty on a bed of steamed rice.

if you beat them vigorously (whack 'em with a baseball bat) while alive prior to cooking them, the released adrenaline will give you a huge stiffy to stuff your s.o.'s blini after your first bite of this delectable critter.

Bingo! I bet that's what it is... that or a mink. Seen both of those around central Mass in my old stomping grounds... Although I'm not sure a mink can climb a tree. I bet it's a fisher though... pretty cool

Canalman 02-02-2007 05:39 PM

oops didn't see the pics :o

Nebe 02-02-2007 06:14 PM

Larry, tranquilize it...... bring it down to the dunkin donuts you love so much and hide it under a chair......leave.

stripersnipr 02-02-2007 06:15 PM

I have a friend who's an EP and I asked him how dangerous Fisher Cats are. He said "put it this way, if they weighed 200 pounds we'd all be dead".

FishermanTim 02-02-2007 06:25 PM

Almost a cross between a cute and fuzzy ferret and a tazmanian devil.
Kind of like trying to pet a porcupine.

Karl F 02-02-2007 06:40 PM

nasty creatures.. leave it alone.... hopefully it moves on.. must be something it's feeding on nearby.. any ponds/water around you?
Fishers love ponds/wet marshy areas.. got a few around my area.

BigFish 02-02-2007 07:04 PM
