Camera Problem
Well the time has probably come that the camera is just to darn old, but i'm going to ask anyways.
My dad's digital camera, its almost 10 years old, we purchased it in 2000. Well, whenever i try to connect it to the computer, the computer picks up the connection but gets stuck on the loading screen, and the pictures don't come up -- I think its the USB connection cause the one on the camera is really loose. Also, the camera freezes on the PC mode, and you have to take out the batteries to unfreeze it. And its that process over and over again :bsod: Any ideas on how to fix it? |

what kind of card does the camera take?

this is the exact one.. i've already thought about whether the card is corrupt, but then again its the same card i've had for a year.. |
you got a card reader.... ? i dont even bother with the camera -cable - computer connection.... straight from disc is the easiest. xp?

Yeah, I have one of those, but it comes up with a PHP folder, none of the pictures.. I think i might just break down and buy a new camera, this one has a few corroded screws, and the battery life is horrible, take 6 pictures and its dead.
But anyways, i'll keep trying, maybe we'll get lucky. |
i got nothin on that one :)

;) thanks for trying though

Can't help you with the main problem, but I would definitely invest in some rechargeable batteries, whatever camera you use. :boots:
