Life Jacket Storage - Small CC

Does anyone have any unique storage solutions for life jackets on their small 17-20 ft. CC?

I usually carry 4 of the orange jobs, and two nice inflateables.

I usually just stuff them in the console under the front seat, but they take up so much room, and I think in an emergency would be hard to get to.

Lets hear all that Yankee ingenuity!!!!

Thanks

Zac

Zacs..
See OTW the last two months.. some goon did some writing on this subject.

I use a sleeping-bag stuff bag strapped to my bench seat. It keeps them suspended off the deck and easy to get at.

I keep an action packer infront of the console, it keeps life jackets and any other Item I want to keep dry, a ratchet strap around the front of it and onto the grab rail on the console keeps it from sliding....... it also doubles as a seat, as the closest thing in the boat to a seat is a 60 gallon bait tank...

BTW the boat is an 18'er

I keep them in my bench seat. I only bring as many as I'll need, which is usually only up to two. When I fish alone or with a non-boater guest, I wear one (inflatable).

I also replaced the bulky orange type with a slimmer profile style.
