In your opionion will the Bill pass or fail. Please mention you reasoning in a post. I want to state for the record that I am behind the Bill. As a Mass resident I joined RISAA. SO I could donate to the PAC. If it passes Narrigansett Bay fishing will be Awesome!!!!!!:boots:
