Maytag side by side refridge must go..
 

4 year old maytag Plus side by side refridgerator runs...two things...My wife hates the side by side and there is a frost problem that I am sure is not a hard fix for the right person...Other than that this is a nice unit..rather than fisx it my wife just wanted a new one in the style she likes....This unit was baught new by us for $1500...it has water/ice maker crush etc..all the bells and whistels...Anyway $150 takes it and even if it cost a 100 or so to fix you will have a sweet fridge for short money...Must pick up at my house and it will take a couple guys...This must be outta here by tuesday at the latest as the new one is on the way..

what kind of frost problem are we talking here?

have you cleaned the back and underneath where the condenser is? try defrosting?

Yes cleaned it and it worked but we didnt do a complete thaw, anyway, We want a different style anyway so dont feel like putting much more effort into the problem, most likely it needs to be completely thawed out and cleaned...I am not a tech so dont know

if you still have this in a month or so I may take you up on it. unfortunatly the timing isnt right... good deal though.

No on the month...it either goes by tuesday of the delevery guys take it away..
