selling night vision technology to china and singapore
and those people can then resell it ->to anyone....they want.

the government has been working this case since 2001

our military is the ones that get hurt from this ILLEGAL
activity....

so whatever profit margin they made ...i hope its all GONE! :mad:

I saw that article also --- A fine is not enough. The officers of that company should be held criminally liable. I find that as offensive as any deed a company can commit against the US. HANG THE BASTAAGES!!!!

They should be liable,,, and be doing some Jail time,,,, They knew what they were doing,,,,

That should be a lesson to the Gov. to oversee top secret goods production too,,,,

I agree - there should be a fine but more importantly jail time. This just scratches the surface of shipping technology to the PRC for short term greed. Once the pinkos kick off against us we won't have as great a technological lead as we should (of course, they are making R&D engineers like rabbits over there too)
