let me know how those work out with the feathers, I would think they might kill the spook action.
They are colorful, I guess you got it covered :btu:

I dress just about everthing but a spook. really kills the action for me too.

Great looking plugs. Gotta jump on the spook bandwagon...those are sweet. I don't dress mine either. As a matter of fact, sometimes I even drop the hook size one and add extra weight for less drag.

Thanks for all the comments on the plugs,,, I am really happy about the spooks myself,,,, Even working on a Metal lip swimmer with a similar body....

During swim tests on the spooks I swam them next to a commercial builders spook and they were very close but the design was obviously different.

I will be checking out the action with a treble on the tail when I get back to TX,,,, I am also not big on fishing a parrot color spook but thought it would be fun to paint and see that big fat green plug.
