Beachmaster Insanity
 

So I swung by the Saltwater Edge this am to p/u a couple of reels that the guys has ordered for me without realizing that this was the morning that the cowboys would be available in the shop. I walked in at about 10 to 10 and the phones were literally ringing off the hook - it was like concert tickets, people just calling in and letting it ring until the shop opened - unreal. I was two booths down from them all weekend at the show and saw that craziness, but I think this actually topped it.
Props to Pete and Earl, they looked like freaking machines trying to process everything and keep everyone happy. Not my idea of fun.

They do a great job in there whether you're in the store or shopping on-line. Top class. :btu:

I was in their before they closed last night and there were boxes lined up and the answering machine was still blinking.

I saw the same thing about 2 years ago when some BM needles showed up. There were about 50 boxes ready to be shipped.

And all of the calls were coming in from the 516 and 631 area codes.
