One thing about our Victor, I never met anyone so enthusiastic and excited about fishing and all that goes with our sport, he is always like a kid at Christmas morning, like an ADHD kid that didn't take his meds, he just goes balls to the wall. He's learned a lot about plug building in the last few years and i think he's got a good head on his shoulders to help out around here.
