Power companies
 

SUCK

My parents haven't had any power since the first day of the storm. Stayed at a friends house 2 nites ago and a hotel last nite. Cops won't tell them nuthin. CMP puts them into a friggin recording for 3 days.

I got to go bring the big generator up there now and hotwire his panel. An entire day wasted because the power company sucks. Shore rd is closed so I got to go 7 mile detour to get there.

There was a tree that fell across the road and took down an entire pole. The came and cut the tree up, removed the pole 2 days ago and left the friggin wires sitting on the road. Never came back.

I'll bring my camera Dad says there is alot of damage up there in the roads etc. Big rocks thrown up off the water and everything.

Did I mention the power company sucks?

wow what a mess up there. Just got back I got some awesome pictures for later. Trees snapped off 20' above ground, 8' high piles of sand. 3' piles of rubble everywhere. Roads are all covered in 10" rocks. Seaweed all the way to the fire station in downtown York. I seen easy 20' waves today in front of the house. Dad said it was worse yesterday. Power companies still suck they haven't done anything. I own my own power company :hee:
