Cod report 4/29/07
 

Went out with Capt Mike and the kids today for cod.
Caught well over 100 cod, most all on jigs and teasers,
LOTS of short fish, about 10 short to 1 keeper
Leo jigged and landed the biggest fish of the day, 12-13lbs
Left the dock a bit after 8:00 am and headed to the bank.
Started in the deeper water off the bank, didn't do much there,
then stayed on top of the bank in 100ft of water, after the tide change around 11:00 am, the action was pretty much non stop, with fish coming up loaded with sand eels!
