What does it say about keeping your info confidential...

WHats to say they don't publish a fishing hot spots book compiled from everyones data they put in there?

Barbra is a personal friend and I would be absolutely amazed if she would exploit your information in any way.

...not compatible with Windows Vista...hope they get a fix so I can test it out. MakoMike, maybe you can pass on that bit of information to your friend, it looks like a good product

As far as I can tell it is not web based, it is local to your computer. So I guess what you put in there stays on your computer only. Not positive.

if it keeps everything confidential that u want kept confidential, i would def consider buyin it. otherwise, id be reading my own words in a book....

After purchase, download the software and the database resides on your computer. This is not a web based application.

I spoke to Barbara and she said that all of the data resides on your computer, she doesn't want it! :) I asked her to come here and talk to you guys, hopefully she'll take me up on that.

On the list of things to do is something I've wanted to build for a long time which would do that PRIVATELY through the site, as part of this message board. Nobody would see any details other than you. Actually, nobody would see any logs or reports - those that know me understand this about your privacy - ... Ahhhh, someday :hee:

Could see this being a valuable tool for many here. Charter Cpts should love this.

I log all the solid info I can get. heck I can tell you where steve and billy were May 23rd 2005 :laugha:

I downloaded the application last night and just registered @ 3:00pm today. I will update once I get a chance to navigate through a few trip plans.
