Need Roomate Gloucester MA, Unbelievable House!!!
 

Just found a house in Gloucester through a friend in the family.

2 bedroom house, waterviews 17+ acres on Essex Bay. Bedroom is large with plenty of closet space and 10 ft ceilings. House is fully furnished including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Rent is ONLY $650 per month and that includes cable and internet!!

Commuter rail is only 2 miles away. No Couples. Must have steady income, willing to do basic house chores. Yard is large so may have to mow every other week with me but house has nice John Deere with cup holder. Prefrably young or young at heart and if you like to FISH just look at the pictures. 1 year, lease starts Sept 1st but probably be able to move in mid August.
