NARRAGANSETT PARKING

Any info on parking restrictions off narragansett beach, I'm going early saturday. Is there a parking lot open early like before 8:00am I can get into?

If the lot is closed, park along the seawall near the towers. Man do I miss living on Ocean rd.:(
