Interesting shape, got some shoulders to it....is it a swimmer or a waker?

Nice colors, that should make a nice V-wake

sinker,,, slow sinker,, floater ?? that olive paint is pleasing to the fish in the spring ..

Slow sinker... I think I said that.

How much weight in the tail??? .24 ? more ? Less ?

JFigliuolo 05-24-2007 10:13 AM

none... I weighted these w/2 belly weights, size 5 split shot. before and after the swivel hole. I wanted them to sink slightly nose up, but mostly horizontal. So I gave up a little in casting ability to do that. These are not big wind lures, but cast well in a moderate breeze. Plus w/the center of mass closer to the middle of the plug, they are very receptive to even moderate rod action, again, something I was looking for.

Very Nice! (Bring some to OOB)

I have not been able to make a suitable needle that sinks and casts the way I want it to ...same issues.
