Check out the one in the middle. How was that done?I don't wanna start tearing up SurfHogs experimenting.Been missing with the single hook more than usual.

Looks like they just removed the hook from the wobble head and rigged the sluggo with a single hook attached via wire or some other line.

The middle one is a sluggo rigged with dacron coming the body the way you normally do it. The line is then tied to the ring that sticks out of the middle of the Wobblehead body. I think you can get away with just the head hook though ,just like you hook live eels with one hook in the mouth. Don't forget to use the Wobbleheads on dead eels too.#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& got a 43 lb striper on one a couple of years ago.

I wasn't sure because I really couldn't see the pic to well but I kinda though it was tied off to the middle ring.

Been doing just the wobblehead with the 'Hog and last year was doing great but this year I've been missing a lot so I figured a tandem hook setup would be the way to go.

Thanks Joe.

I have rigged the big surfhogs with the rear hook tied to the ring as described. Hooked a couple of small ones and blues on the rear hook, but all bigger fish on the front.

PTJudeJoe:
I don't know if it would be marketable or not, but I have couple of spots that are begging for a shallow running wobble head in maybe the 1/2 oz range. The 1 oz are a bit big and snag in the rocks in these spots. I think if something in a smallersize ran a bit shallower, it still would work ok with the bigger rubber and be great for smaller curly tails in the spring. FWIW...
