come on brain...start workin will ya...geeesch recent changes of events have been cutting into my sleep which was never that long or ultimately peaceful...as it was... but trying to put the coffee creamer away into the micro wave or opening the refridgerator looking for my just heated cup of hot water is driving me even more batty  .... i need more vitamins lol |
If your looking for the remote it's in the freezer
|
lately
i keep finding the morning toast in the toaster oven late in the afternoon.
|
Not to worry Rav, one night i came home, lifted the toilet seat and threw my clothes in, instead of the hamper. :hihi:
Wasn't drinkin either. :) |
time to take my ginko
i have so much on my mind lately
my head is now a tornado of pending idea's ~ i'm lucky if i can sleep from 11:30 pm to 4:30 am then its >>BING<< eyes wide open like a kid on christmas morning I must go go go... drinkin coffee like go-juice to compensate check your emails dave |
I've been the same way, work, boat , kids, fish. I feel like my brain is goign to explode!~
|
Raven, does the Ginko ever make your heart race and get you all edgy? I took some the other day, and i wasn't sure if it was just the horrendous day I was having at work or the Ginko. I am nervous to take it again.
|
zac, I was taking it regularly for a few years in the morning, for some reason I started taking it at night and couldnt sleep, it took me awhile to figure out why I couldnt sleep, once I went back to taking it in the morning, I was fine.
It definitely has some "caffeine" like qualities. |
raven if your drinking coffee to compensate, the caffine will probably keep you up the next night and you will have a viscious cycle... lay off the coffee for a day or 2 and chug through it. your body will adapt and will hopefully give you some good sleep.
i battle with sleep issues constantly- |
right Nebe
i switched to coolah's
like Adam Sandler says in "water boy" :) good ole SMIRNOFF :jester: |
nope not usually

it delivers more oxygen to your brain is what it does to make you more mentally alert when we dropped the atom bomb on hiroshima -> a GINKO BILOBA tree was smack dab in the middle of ground ZERO and that sucker grew back again. |
I know a couple of guys who take it and they said it lowered their blood pressure.

by the way....i'm selling vitamins now too heh heh heh i do friggan shot glasses of vitamins all at once... just did in fact! when they kick in........ i go work out.. even the cops think i'm gonna kick their ass but i am very friendly .... actually i JUST DON"T TAKE SHEET :jester: |
when you're really fried and need to get up mentally for something (meeting, etc) have some dark chocolate, the darker the better. kicks the brain into gear with alittle less jitteryness than coffee. Lindt 85% cocoa is pretty good.
|
well thats because
chocolate has caffiene in it too...
but i believe there is something else in it that may account for that.... i'll check |
oh I needed a good laugh!
Hey reminds me of the day I made myself a tuna sandwhich for lunch. I came home that night and saw the rest of the tuna salad in the trash and asked my husband why he threw it out. Apparently I put the bread in the fridge and the rest of the tuna on top on the fridge (where the bread should be) |

come on brain...start workin will ya...geeesch recent changes of events have been cutting into my sleep which was never that long or ultimately peaceful...as it was... When I wake up in the middle of the night, I convince myself that I won't get back to sleep, and I go fishing. |
